We are looking for a motivated and preferably experienced Optician with excellent customer service skills.

Must be friendly, out-going, and able to work well within a team dynamic. Computer proficiency is a must, and prior experience with EHRs would be helpful.

Job duties include:

• working directly with patients selecting frames
• ordering lenses, posting charges
• knowledge of insurance and applicable allowables
• limited insurance billing
• collecting payments
• repairing and adjusting eyewear
• frame stock reordering.

Previous experience in frame buying and frame board management would also be helpful.
