Covid-19 Policy

While Oregon has lifted many COVID related restrictions, masking is still required at all health care facilities. Face covering is compulsory for all patients, staff and visitors. Face shields are not allowed. Thank you for your compliance.

In accordance with the announcements by Governor Brown, as well as OHA and CDC guidelines, we are currently open for service. In order to comply with said guidelines, all patients must have a scheduled appointment. If you are experiencing an urgent concern and need immediate assistance, please contact our office at 541.264.7726.

We are required to monitor all patients, visitors, and staff for temperatures, cough, or other symptoms that may indicate potential exposures. We will continue to do this along with implementing social distancing measures in our clinics, wait areas, check-in, and other patient care service areas. Additionally, we continue to provide a clean and safe environment by following strict and regular disinfection protocols.

We will also require masks to be worn during your appointment. Face shields are not acceptable, at this time. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you.

Finally, if you are scheduled for an appointment, check-in and most dispensing, will be performed in the parking lot. If a staff member has not approached your vehicle in a reasonable amount of time, please call the number above. This allows us to adhere to social distancing guidelines. If special accommodations are required, please notify staff prior to your appointment.

Thank you for your patience as we all traverse these unprecedented times! We appreciate your continued support!
