Re-opening Information
Hello from OC Eye Care!
As you are undoubtedly aware, we will be opening back up ON A LIMITED BASIS to see patients on May 12th, 2020. However, due to COVID-19 things will look a little differently and we wanted to keep you apprised of the changes at the office.
Firstly, our office hours will be Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8am-3pm, and Thursdays from 8am to 12pm.
Secondly, the following changes will be implemented:
- We will be seeing patients with an exceedingly small staff, which will limit exposure making your experience safer and sterilization easier between patients. This also means that appointments, optical, and phone calls will take a little more time to get to. We appreciate your patience as we navigate this.
- The office will see only one patient at a time, and the door will be locked between patients to maintain as contained an environment in the office as possible. Prior arrangements must be made with the office to be seen, we will not be seeing walk in patients, even for optical.
- Please call the office at (541) 264-7726 make arrangements to be seen. Because of our skeleton crew, the front office phone will often not be attended; please leave a message and one of us will get back to you. We are monitoring the voice mail during our regular business hours.
- Please wear a mask when coming to your appointment at OC Eye Care; this is for your safety, as well as the safety of our staff. Masking is compulsory in the office, and we appreciate your compliance.
