No Show Policy:

We schedule our appointments so that each patient receives the right amount of time to be seen by our doctor and staff. That’s why it is very important that you keep your scheduled appointment with us, and arrive on time.

As a courtesy, and to help patients remember their scheduled appointments, OC Eye Care sends text messages and places reminder calls in advance of the appointment time.

If your schedule changes and you cannot keep your appointment, please contact us so we may reschedule you, and accommodate those patients who are waiting for an appointment. As a courtesy to our office as well as to those patients who are waiting to schedule with the physician, please give us at least 24 hours notice.

We will not assess a “no-show charge” the upon the first occurrence…we understand that life happens.

1. A second no-show will incur a $25 fee.
2. A third no-show will incur a $50 fee.
3. The fourth no-show you will be dismissed as a patient from the clinic.

 

**We happily take glasses prescriptions from other Doctor’s offices. This is done by appointment only with one of our opticians. Call the office at 541.264.7726 to make an appointment!**
